Paediatric Dietitian, Feeding therapist, and parent, Emma brings over a decade of expertise to the table, backed by a first-class honour’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. With a passion ignited by her own journey raising a child with severe reflux and multiple food allergies, Emma specializes in helping families navigate dietary challenges, particularly tackling fussy eating.

Penelope Henderson
Registered Children’s Nutritionist and trained SOS Feeding Therapist Penelope has over fifteen years experience helping children with feeding issues. She specialises in supporting families with fussy eating, sensory feeding challenges, and mealtime anxiety. With an empathic, child led approach, she helps build positive, pressure free routines that nurture both nutrition and connection.

Ellie Bain
Ellie is a registered dietitian with a Master’s in Food Policy. Her expertise spans nutritional analysis, menu and recipe development and using behavioural science to drive consumer change. She also serves on the British Dietetic Association’s Industry Specialist Group committee. Ellie has a special interest in supporting parents to make better choices and creating food environments that enable children to thrive.
KFDC Consultant Lucy Upton
In addition to the support from our panel, we have also received expert guidance from renowned paediatric dietician and author of The Ultimate Guide to Children’s Nutrition, Lucy Upton.
Also known as The Children’s Dietician, Lucy has 10 years experience working within the NHS and her qualifications include a Master of Nutrition degree and four certified post-grad modules on Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics.
